Lindenberg Arcade Studios Oy ("we", "Lindenberg Arcade") is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This privacy policy describes how we collect, use and store data when you visit lindenbergadvertising.com. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR) and the Finnish Data Protection Act (1050/2018). The supervisory authority is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

Lindenberg Arcade is a free entertainment site. We do not collect payment information, we do not sell personal data, and we do not build user profiles for marketing purposes.

2. What data we collect

• Technical usage data: IP address (anonymised), browser, operating system, referral pages and time spent on the site. This is collected in anonymised form via Cloudflare Web Analytics.

• Contact information: If you send us an email or fill in a contact form, we store the name and email address you provide solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.

We do not collect identifiable data in connection with gameplay. Virtual Arcade Points are stored only in the browser's session storage and are never sent to a server.

Anonymised analytics data is retained for a maximum of 30 days. Emails related to support requests are retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of response. The stored consent status (__cc_v1) is retained for a maximum of 12 months.
