1. Parties to the Agreement

These terms of use form an agreement between you ("user") and Lindenberg Arcade Studios Oy ("Lindenberg Arcade", "we"). The registered office is located at Mannerheimintie 12, 00100 Helsinki. By using the site lindenbergadvertising.com you accept these terms.

2. Nature of the Service

Lindenberg Arcade is a free entertainment site. All games are social casino games that use virtual Arcade Points. The service is intended solely for entertainment purposes for individuals aged 18 or over in Finland.

The service does not offer real-money gambling and does not hold a gambling operator licence. Arcade Points are purely virtual and have no monetary value whatsoever.

3. Virtual Currency

Arcade Points are virtual in-game points. They:

• are not money, means of payment, or substitutes for securities or other assets,
• cannot be redeemed for real money, gift cards, products or any other goods,
• cannot be transferred between users,
• are reset from the browser's memory when the page is refreshed.

Arcade Points cannot be purchased and we do not sell them in any form.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation does not produce a resolution, the dispute will be settled in the Helsinki District Court.
